Along with his day-to-day management skills he has coordinated and overseen numerous large and small capital improvement projects under his portfolio, to include building façade restorations, roof and asphalt roadway replacements, HVAC replacement and upgrades, landscape enhancements, painting/carpentry projects, and interior décor renovations – all the while working with construction crews, contractors, designers, architects and engineers in the industry.
Michael has assisted communities with budget and assessment preparations, the securing of bank loans for projects and preventive maintenance programs. His concern for unit and property owner quality of life and helping to preserve value and equity of their homes and investments is evident and what motivates him to be a caring and successful property manager.
