Jared Schulman, CMCA, AMS, Corporate Officer, Property Manager
Jared joined the Property Group in 2005 in our Accounting Department as an Assistant Comptroller. Jared previously worked in Public Accounting specializing in Real Estate and Financial Based Companies.
Joseph Schoonbeek, CPA, Vice President of Finance – Property Management Division
Joe joined TPG in the fall of 2013, and has over seven years of experience within the Property Management Field.

Michael Hoffman, Controller
Michael brings over 7 + years of accounting expertise to The Property Group. His accounting knowledge spans from GAAP accounting, to tax preparation, to forecasting and budgeting for small to mid-size companies.
Connie Fossaroli, CMCA, Senior Property Manager
Connie preserves and augments the value of the properties within her portfolio while providing excellent customer service to The Property Group's clients.
Michael McGovern, CMCA, Senior Property Manager
Michael is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and has over 16 years’ experience as a portfolio property manager of Community Associations (CAM), Homeowner Associations (HOA), Cooperatives, and mixed-use properties throughout Southern Fairfield County.
Christine Segal, CMCA, AMS, Senior Property Manager
Chris comes from the association side. She has over fifteen years of condominium and co-op board experience in Connecticut and Manhattan.
Tasha Woodford, CMCA, AMS, Senior Property Manager
Tasha joined TPG in March 2020. She has 19 years of experience in real estate, marketing, and property management. She has been managing a portfolio of properties in the New Haven County market for over 11 years.
Christopher Buccieri, CMCA, Property Manager
Christopher joined TPG in December 2010 with over fifteen years in property management, grounds maintenance, and commercial construction in both New York and Connecticut.
Ryan Corrow, CMCA, Property Manager/ Leasing Agent
Ryan is a Property Manager/Leasing Agent and Manager in the Greenwich Office. He joined CMG/TPG in 2014. Prior to that Ryan worked as a property manager and leasing agent for over eight years at two separate firms.
Christopher Farris, CMCA, Property Manager
Chris’s business background, in Insurance, and Real Estate, brings knowledge and experience of over 20 years in the industry.
Sawyer Holbrook, CMCA, Property Manager
Sawyer began with TPG in March 2023 and has been working in the property management industry for several years. With his background, he brings constructive insight into preserving the value of residential living and assuring high standards are met for both residents and owners. He is adept at identifying maintenance concerns and will actively ensure they are resolved.
Ray Metro, Property Manager
Ray joined TPG in January of 2024. He has his undergrad Degree from UCONN in Business and his MBA from Fairfield University. He has had a career in Finance and Corporate Management prior to Property Management.
Cathleen Miller, CMCA, Property Manager
Cathleen Miller joined TPG in November 2021. Cathleen has 25 years of professional experience in residential and commercial construction, and most recently was a construction and asset manager of multi-family housing.
Matt Podskoch, CMCA, Property Manager
Matt joined TPG in the Summer of 2023. He is passionate about all things real estate and has held a real estate license in CO, NY and CT. He began selling real estate in 2005. He purchased his first rentals in 2001 and has managed and owned several properties since then.
Ryan B. Podskoch, CMCA, Property Manager
Ryan has over twenty years of property management and real estate experience. Prior to joining The Property Group, he was a co-founder of a real estate brokerage firm.
Elisa Smith, CMCA, Property Manager
Before joining CMG/TPG in 2014, Elisa worked in the medical sales profession for 26 years for two large international companies and has experience with safety requirements and regulations working for Yale University in the Environmental Safety Department. She finds her past corporate experience with contract negotiation and client relationships helpful in dealing with vendors, association boards and residents of the community.
Mike Vakos, CMCA, AMS, Property Manager
Mike began with TPG as an Assistant Controller in the fall of 2010. Since that time he got involved on the Property Management side of the business handling various smaller developments and now works full time on the property management side.
