For approximately 30-years, the Greenwich Hills (GH) Condominium development had been self-managed. Around 6-years ago it became evident to the Board of Directors that the complexity of managing a large, older development was beyond the abilities of a group of volunteers. Capital improvement and repair projects often made it to the planning stage but not to implementation.

The Board needed help but wanted to continue to be hands-on in the management of GH. A search was conducted and The Property Group (TPG) was selected to manage GH. On paper TPG offered the expertise and flexibility the Board was looking for. Since GH never used a management company, there was concern over how the partnership would work.

Today residents of GH wonder why we waited so long to bring in TPG. With TPG leading the way, projects went from planning to implementation. This included roofing; carpentry; road repair; walkway repair and replacement, landscaping; extermination and many other items. TPG has responded to emergency situations well and helped GH get its finances in order. It would be difficult to imagine where GH would be if we had not partnered with TPG.

I just wanted to thank you again for quick follow up and especially the recommendations on this past Sunday night when it was 10 degrees outside.
