An additional service offered outside of the normal scope of our day to day management services is our Construction Management Services. A qualified Construction Manager can oversee your capital projects from start to finish.

• Research and assist board in hiring engineering personnel and specialty contractors (if necessary)
• Formulate and provide information necessary for bidding purposes
• Coordinate and liaison between construction or repair contractors throughout the project, ensure project is on track and proceeding in a timely manner.
• Daily supervision of project and crew.
• Establish and maintain working relationship with all service providers
  
• Maintain contract files, construction plans and schedules for projects and provide updates to board as required.
  
• Provide written summary and tracking of expenses throughout project and final figures and completion report.
