TPG stands ready to answer the needs of our customers with an office of eight property managers, seven assistant property managers, four accounting specialists, a controller and a property inspector all focused on TPG property management services. All of our managers are licensed, Certified Community Association Managers.

Our proven track record in property management and our internal organization guarantees our ability to facilitate a seamless transition from developer to association.

Our normal business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Before or after working hours and on the weekends, TPG employs a 24-hour, 365 days a year answering service to retrieve calls and relay messages back to the appropriate on call manager. In case of an emergency such as flood or fire, the answering service will track down the manager immediately (via blackberry) to handle the problem.

TPG is unique in our ability to provide customized property management services for any size property. Our team of capable employees manages an array of properties ranging from four to three hundred units. In an effort to provide quick response time and effective sight coverage, we focus our business in Southern Fairfield County.

TPG collaborates with a property’s Board of Directors to proactively manage a property and its assets through the daily supervision of any on-site staff and independent contractors. Our goal is to add value to the property through thorough attention to detail.

TPG provides a full service property management package or a financial only services package to suit the specific needs of a property. TPG is pleased to accommodate any aspect of property management and is happy to provide additional services when needed.
