Under the direct supervision of the TPG in house CPA, Brian Potter:

Brian is a Connecticut and New York licensed CPA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPA's and New York State Society of CPAs. A graduate of Iona College, Brian brings over twenty years of experience in the real estate and financial industries to TPG.

TPG’s services include the monthly preparation, editing and analysis of financial statements.

  • Perform maintenance and analysis of the general ledger and financial reports layouts to produce accurate and useful reports.
  • Responsible for all aspects of condominium's financial records and statements.
  • Sending of monthly invoices or coupons and collection of funds.
  • Assistance with statutory liens and filing of lawsuits.
  • Maintenance of an orderly records and accounts bookkeeping system which is always available for inspection.
  • Preparation of and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Coordinate with a property’s outside CPA to ensure timely scheduling and preparation of tax returns.
