Property Managers

This position manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with State and Local laws and TPG policies for carrying out the mandates of each of our clients.

  • Oversee service contracts for goods and services
  • Visit portfolio of properties assigned to you on an as needed basis to ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met
  • Arrange for emergency repairs on common elements
  • Coordinate vendors, negotiate contracts.
  • Review financial statements and delinquencies
  • Assist Board with financial planning and budget preparation
  • Develop and document pertinent matters (i.e. boiler rooms, sprinkler valves, irrigation systems, etc.).

The ideal individual as excellent customer service skills, be a self-starter and highly motivated, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in the property management field or experience on a property Board of Directors is a plus.

Administrative Assistant

This position will be responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Assist 2-3 managers with daily operations of their respective portfolio of accounts.
  • Become acquainted with board members, and general amenities of the property to be able to respond to owner’s calls.
  • Process mailings, email, voice mail and faxes as needed.
  • Maintain service logs as required.
  • Type correspondence and management reports, file, prepare mailings, meeting notices, etc.
  • Prepare for annual meetings, package preparation, attendance sheets, room booking.
  • Set up new account files, owners files and maintain same.

Excellent computer skills (word, outlook, excel), good phone manner and customer service skills, organized, quick learner and able to deal with sometimes irate customers.

Bookkeeping

A/R or A/P Bookkeeper

This position reports into the Controller and requires basic understanding of accounting principles. Excellent customer service skills, willingness to work overtime when required.
