After Hours Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, defined as imminent danger to life or property outside of normal business hours (including, but not limited to – no hot water/no heat (for those properties who have common heat/hot water), please call (203) 967-8337 x300 or (203) 967-6216.

For emergencies involving a fire, flood or crime, please dial 911 prior to notifying the management company so that local authorities may be dispatched.

When calling the emergency line for the management company, please note that you are speaking with an answering service, so you must provide your property name, unit number and address (including town) and a phone number to be able to reach you back on. Please wait a reasonable amount of time (15-20 minutes) for a call back from the on-call person. Calling the emergency line for the management company does not take the place of calling the fire and/or police department when necessary. Non-emergency calls – such as telephone installation, electric or cable installations, are NOT considered emergencies and should be arranged during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Calls that are not an emergency – such as, car towing, pet or neighbor complaints, billing issues, etc. will not be returned until next business day.
